SC Air Sensation SRL guarantees the confidentiality of personal data. The personal data entered by the buyer will be used only for the declared purpose of this website, that of marketing. The trader can collect personal data through the site only with the consent of the buyer and only if they provide it voluntarily. The buyer agrees to receive information via e-mail address or phone number about the products and offers on the website. The merchant can also collect anonymous data resulting from the buyer’s navigation on the site. These data are transmitted involuntarily by the buyer after accessing certain pages.
SC Air Sensation SRL does not sell, does not offer, does not exchange e-mail addresses obtained through this site, does not disclose your e-mail address to other people who access the pages of this site.
LEGAL CONDITIONS
This site operates according to all the legal provisions of the Romanian State. If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are in conflict with any applicable legal requirement, they will not be applied and the parties will work together to agree on new provisions that respect the spirit of the initial provisions. The parties will be considered independent contractors and none of the parties is granted the right or authority to assume or create any obligation on account or to the detriment of the other. The Terms and Conditions of this contract replace other previous written or verbal agreements, between the Buyer and the Merchant, regarding the subject of this contract and can only be modified or changed by written agreement signed by both parties.
FORCE MAJEURE
None of the parties will be responsible for the non-execution of its contractual obligations, if such a situation is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
LITIGATIONS
Any conflict arising between the Merchant and the Buyer is tried to be resolved amicably by agreement between the two parties. If this is not possible, the legal provisions will apply.

SC Air Sensation SRL, owner of AirSensation.ro, ensures the confidentiality and security of personal data through organizational and technical measures, in the context of the legislative framework according to the General Data Protection Regulation (RGDP) (EU) 2016/679 on Personal Data Protection. The operator undertakes to respect the user’s rights conferred by the legislation in force and the Regulation (RGDP) (EU) 2016/679, and at the user’s request written to the address [email protected] undertakes: to confirm whether or not it processes personal data, free of charge, for one request per year; to rectify, update, block, delete or transform into anonymous data, free of charge, the data whose processing does not comply with the provisions of the legislation in force and the Regulation (RGDP) (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data regarding the processing of data with personal nature and free circulation of these data; to stop processing your personal data.
The personal data processed are: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone/fax/mobile number, address (domicile / residence or delivery) and other technical data.
We reserve the right to store customer information: name and surname, address, email, telephone, products ordered, etc. for an indefinite period.

By completing the order form, the user gives his unconditional consent to be registered in the Air Sensation database.
The purpose of data processing is to inform consumers and potential consumers about the services offered by e-mail, SMS, post, courier or other means of communication, about the actions carried out in the future by Air Sensation SRL and the creation of statistical reports regarding the consumers of the products and services sold by Air Sensation SRL or by its partners.
The refusal to provide personal data determines the impossibility of honoring reservations and orders.
Customers’ personal data may be transmitted to legal authorities to verify the legitimacy of commercial transactions or to other legal authorities to carry out checks justified by law, only if this is requested and in accordance with the legislation in force.
Air Sensation SRL does not ask its Users/Clients by any means of communication (telephone, e-mail, etc.) for confidential information, bank account data or personal passwords. If the User/Client discloses personal information to third parties, he bears full responsibility for his actions, and Air Sensation SRL is not liable for any kind of damage according to the legislation in force.
